We endeavour to ensure that MPT Solutions Australia Pty Ltd products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. Occasionally, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of MPT Solutions Australia Pty Ltd's control may result in unexpected delays. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.  Late delivery does not breach the terms of our agreement with the customer nor entitle the customer to cancel the order.

Shipping - Australia-wide and New Zealand Only

We can deliver your orders Australia-wide and New Zealand only.
 
We are calculated the shipping and handling fees at time of check-out. Orders will be shipped within 2 days of receiving payment in full.
 
For peace of mind, all products are sent Registered and Signature on delivery.


For Australian addresses we ship it via Australia Post Registered Parcel.

For New Zeland addresses we ship it via Australia Post Standard Air Mail.

Damaged on Arrival or Wrong Item(s)

Please carefully inspect your item(s) on arrival. If for some reason your item(s) arrive in a visibly damaged condition, or the item(s) have been incorrectly dispatched, please contact us using our online "Contact Us" form within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s).
